How To Get GLP-1 Without a Prescription
Ойын-сауық
In today's episode, I delve into the incredible potential of natural pathways to boost GLP-1 activity. I truly believe in a holistic approach to normalize blood sugar and uplift our overall well-being. GLP-1, a hormone birthed in the small intestine's lining, is paramount in both regulating blood sugar and controlling our appetite. I'll show you how, by naturally stimulating GLP-1, we might better control our blood sugar and flourish healthily without the anchor of prescription drugs.
I want to highlight the pitfalls of synthetic solutions, which really makes the journey into natural pathways so enticing. There's a vast world of food-based GLP-1 agonists out there, with some fascinating evidence pointing to their effectiveness. I'm talking about nutritional powerhouses like berberine from plants such as berberis, glycosylens from the humble soybean, digenapepside hailing from the gardenia plant, and even our kitchen favorite, cinnamon. All these have demonstrated potential in ramping up GLP-1 activity.
So, by weaving these nutrient-dense foods and compounds into our meals, we're essentially unlocking the potential of GLP-1 to balance our blood sugar and elevate our well-being. This episode is all about harnessing nature's bounty, letting natural ingredients nurture our bodies, and letting nature take the lead. Come along as I share how we might harmonize our blood sugar levels and uplift our health naturally.

Soybean destroys the thyroid gland and contains estrogen. Don't take it, not at all.

Glad it was helpful!
Surprisingly, I knew 80% of these and use them daily. Paprika is also a good spice to add to my nightly concoction to add in digestion.
Thanks for this. It’s great, but how much to take/eat of these herbs to reach the glp-1 affect?
to help lower blood sugar, I exercise after meals, also eat nopal cactus pads and bitter melon.

good to know
Outside if Gardenia and soybean,I've use all these for years on a daily basis and I still can't let go of that stubborn belly and extra 10 lbs.😢 I also stay active and intermittent fast at least 5 days/ week for 15to 16 hrs.😢

You need calorie reduction and actually measure it.
So, is this why many of us can't eat a whole lotta of certain foods, like homemade cinnamon buns? No? Just me? Okay. 😂😂
Thank you so much for this information Dr. Marbas! Could you show us how to use these? Is barberry fruit the same as "barberine"? So one can take, a tablespoon of the fruit per day? I have never heard of taking gardenia as a supplement. How does that work? The flower itself? Do we make a tea out of the flower?

in asia, looks like people eat gardenia fruits.
Who eats gardenia?
You look 10 years older than your age. I think you need to supplement collagen peptides. We are the same age but I've been told I look like I'm in my mid to late 30's. You look a little frail too. You should get a Dexa scan, your bones are probably frail from the lack of animal nutrients. That would be a good video for you to put out here on KZread. Take care
