Sponge works best when hair is short and only with afro hair.3/4-1.75 inch is perfect.Begins locking immediately.just spritz with water & go.fully locked in 3 months. No products needed.

Great Video! I have been using the sponge for about 6 month, and within the 2nd month, my hair was completely lock up. I also wash my hair about every 3-4 days. Washing your hair actually helps the locking process. Just don't do it too often.

John 3:15-17 King James Version 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. Galatians 1:8-9 King James Version 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. Ephesians 2:8-9 King James Version 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Romans 8:30 King James Version 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. Romans 10:9-10 King James Version 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Acts 2:38 King James Bible Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

@@TheMunchBowl thanks, one more question, can I retwist my hair with a sponge - if not what should I use

Usually people retwist with their fingers. You can do it while your hair is wet or if you have gel you can use a little bit of gel.
