    Interesting video Sam. If you are converting a care home to seven flats say would they be wanting you to finance for two years say??? I take it something is agreed at the outset should you go beyond that???

    If you’re converting the flats and want to hold long term we would have long term mortgages lined up to refinance from the development finance 👌🏻

    It would still count to a degree. Any projects you’d worked on should still be included in any proposal. It all helps
