How To Get BIGGER CALVES Regardless of Genetics!!

Ready to finally grow those calf muscles?
I've been what I call "The Lab" trying different exercises, variations, tempo, sets, reps... you name it to get these calves to grow and recently I've been starting to see some really good results.
What I do is split my calf training into three separate parts and really focus in on the Gastrocnemius, Soleus and Tibialis Anterior. Here's an the exact workout from the video.
WORKOUT:
*Seated Calf Raise (Heavy Partial "Bottom" Reps) - 5 sets / 15 - 20 reps
*Standing Single Leg Calf Raise (Extreme Lockout w/ Weight Shifted Into The Glute) - 4 Sets / 20 + reps
*Dumbbell Flexion & Extension - 4 Sets / 20

Train them everyday. Train them light. Train them heavy. Do high volume. Focus on the stretch. And don't be lazy on them and end up with 16 inches calves after years of training like me. Start working on them right now.

As someone here said, calves are used to very high volume due to walking etc. Something that blew my calves up massively is jogging in soft sand. I jog about 3-5km along the beach (if you have one near you, or a desert I guess) in the soft part of the sand. It kind of mimicks being a fat guy because your calves have to work extra hard to stabilise the weight.

Not only that, but do it in a good pair of zero drop shoes like Altra and use a toe strike. If you’ve never run with a toe strike, I HIGHLY recommend giving it a shot (especially with zero drops). Your calves with be on absolute fire after.

Great video! Seated calf raises never did anything for me until I learned to do standing ones correctly (going for full stretch, pausing at ends of the movement etc.). When I got some decent gains from that, I started doing seated ones again and I'm blown away at the results. Learning the mind-muscle connection was obviously easier for me doing the standing ones.
