One thing I did at my first position, which was a contract that put me ahead of most developers, was outperform all expectations of me as a junior developer. I never thought I was doing anything special; I just thought I was doing what I got paid to do. I started getting indirect feedback from the VP of IT through the consulting firm I worked for that I was far surpassing everything they expected, and they had me working on mid-level assignments after only a few weeks. By the end of the contract, I got a recommendation from the VP of IT, which follows me wherever I go. Some people will say putting in more work and effort won't get anyone anything; in my case, I did not know I was doing anything special. I have a strong passion for what I do as a developer, and it is easy to put all distractions aside and focus on completing my work. Thanks for the video.

@@tooglem1468 Make notes for yourself. It will help you to crunch new stacks faster. Also in hand practice of a language/framework is very important. And If you are into AI/ML then always make notes. I will provide my example-- I recently got selected for an backend internship opportunity after 2 rounds of interviews and my org. is using MySql with Prisma ORM. So, I had prior knowledge of noSql (MongoDB) and MERN stack with Next.js. But learning sql relations and performing CRUD operations with Prisma is whole new thing for me. So I learned by watching a course on youtube and coded along and made some notes. I watched "Learn Prisma In 60 Minutes" -by Web Dev Simplified video and coded along and made notes in 2.5 hours. And for mySql I watched a separate video and read W3 schools SQL docs made notes on queries and joins. You can always refer to docs but making notes is great for retention.

Asking you because I think u can answer them best ------- I was learning web development ok and then my plan is to goo deeper in this only like learning 3 d web and after that blockchain stuff but yesterday I saw wwdc and saw vision pro and I am confused what to do?? 1. Should I switch? Or start focus on ar vr thing? Or should I focus on what I was doing... 2. Also tell like these days there are soo many tools through which a non coder or a normal person can create a website like legit cool and very functional website even with 3d designs sooo what you think is the future of web developers?? Is it still worth to learn or master this skill? 3. Kindly tell should I learn how to make websites that can be viewed or explore through VR headset...????

See it all start with just building a full stack project and most important is to deploy the deployed project will itself build your knowledge towards core backend... Coz while deployment you will be finding free credits / cheap cloud service and keeping the project updated (adding features) giving through cloud bill will tech you day by day ✌️ replys appreciated 👍

At a point where you mentioned where a beginner can underprice themselves and get paid to learn....Do you really think that happens?....like being a beginner myself...I don't have the confidence to charge someone until I gain some experience. So when I know I don't have enough confidence...it becomes difficult to follow your approach of learning while earning. Can you please clarify on how to tackle this problem? ALSO... 10:08 At this time-stamp in the video, you mentioned that we can find someone who can pay us 200$ to build a website and that 200$ can be taken as our initial motivation. But how and where do I even find them?
