The best thing was to keep this guy anonymous and bcz of that he was able to openly share about all the side gigs, hustles, freelancing, ups and downs of life. It felt like I am talking to a close friend and gave me ideas about what all is possible (if you put efforts) Really inspirational
Best podcast ever! Harkirat's podcasts can inspire and improve many TIER 3 student's lives😊 Looking forward to seeing you in next podcast Please make more podcasts like this
When he was working as a freelancer he didn't like someone taking 50k as commission for his work, but later when he started taking commission of 50k, he was helping(Bhala) the Junior developer. Nice!!!
Really this podcast matters a lot to me, As an SDE in a service-based company I am going to set a goal for 2 years ... thanks Harkirat , ❤

Dude plz do more of these and also I think hiding the identity of the guest is a good idea actually because you get more accurate unfiltered info about everything rather than a little conseravtive/safe answer. Great podcast. :)
What a man ..so so so inspiring.... thanx a lot . Kudos @anonumous person as well our host for this.. ❤

This is the first time I'm seeing him folded hands for respect to the speaker and standing the whole time
Great. I wish there are more pidcasts like these which will help me to fugure out my life.
Man he has a clarity in life. which people don't talk much about as I was too a confused person , questions like where I come from, why am I even living this human life, what's the purpose, complete darkness till I found that spark.
Helping the students by giving them projects helps them a lot, and one can be profitable being a mediator.
it really helped me understand the value of network thankyou brother ....

Last words of ayush. Really hit me. He said he gifted his a father a car and diamonds, gold for his mother. His house is like a five star hotel.. This is litteraly a dream for me. That part I connect the most.
Thank You Harkirat for this video. It's not relevant for me, at the moment. However, I know, down the line, someday, I could use this video as an inspiration to continue my journey. You are different, and so is this person. You should continue doing such videos. Find more people like him. Share their story. That's what you are, a film maker - storyteller.

This is so inspirational. In fact I'm about to start my job in a startup with 3.45 LPA. I also graduated in 2017 but I initially was so less confident that I joined teaching. After 5 years down that career path, I worked hard, took a risk to change my profession. I want to work hard a few more years now to reach to another level of experience and expertise. I hope I can make it. Stories as such are so inspirational. Earlier, I lacked ambition, despite having potential. Now I want to change the story. Anyone reading this just wish me luck!!

One thing I would like to point out from this video is that yes you can break the bond if you want to. Government of India does not officially recognize bonds. Even if you walk away without paying the bond amount and in the worst-case scenario the company does end up taking you to the court (which rarely happens), they will have to justify how much they have spent on your training, growth, certification etc. Unless they do that, they cannot take a penny from you. But in the case where they have spent money on your training then you might have to pay that much amount back to them. But never the full absurd amount these companies ask form you. They will have to justify each and every penny they have spent on you in the court to demand it back. But one catch is that you will not get your experience letter if you leave the company without paying the bond. Labour law adviser has a really good video on this topic. I suggest everyone go and watch that. I am not a lawyer but someone who actually broke a bond so I know about these things
Gem hai Bhai ye video... I like your videos bro...

How me made the transition from 3lpa to that startup job would be more interesting story and maybe it can help a lot of people. Also how did he got that freelancing job , its not from upwork I guess. And how he manages both full time job and freelancing and does his existing company know about this . As he said sometimes he gives 95% to startup
