The obstacles one will face in the road to success in Nigeria is definitely higher than that of an advanced country. Regardless of the curency exchange rate. There are exceptional cases and the privileged in very few cases i must admit. That being said, the word "success" can be subjective.

Latvia, Estonia, Czech, Luxembourg, and Lithuania has a 98% visa issuance rate. Your chances of getting a visa to the listed countries are most likely.
How much money do you have to show for tourist Visa

Korean tourist Visa, must you have a person in Korea to invite you, how about if you don't have or know anybody in Korea and you want to visit for tourist?

Most hotels, if not all hotels are safe to stay in Lagos. No worry. However, you can pick hotels on the island, if you want like Eko Hotel or Maison Fahrenheit Hotel, the later i have used before

Depends on your location and where you are coming from
South korea is a nice country. I lived there for eight years. 2015-2022. I traveled there with Business visa then. But i ended up at the factory because there are alot of jobs at the factory if you are strong minded. Not easy at the begining though.
