Thank you, this was really useful. Is there any visa for those who only have a Associates Degree (IT field)? I saw that f-2-7 points system have a Associate Degree option that gives 10points, but to have that visa, you need to have a E-1...E-7/D-5...D-9 visa for 3 years, and none of them accept Associates Degrees (i think?). I'm gonna do a bachelor but it would still be nice to know the options.

Hey Trevor Thanks slot man for the instructions But I got to say on 8:36 How some one is supposed to manage to get a Double of the GNI Index? (did I read it correctly? If so it means I have to somehow double my income? ! What if I was a student continuing my Korean education just to get 60 marks from where will I get that? This I believe is is for income salarymen (though, seems hard to take in) Lol the language requirements seems the easiest to be filled, upon the list May u ask one last question: Do you know if you have did it, How much points does volunteering add up (in exchange for a 1 year total service of 40 house community help)? Thanks forwards

Some companies have blind hiring- especially in software. If you join these companies you don't need to know Korean eg. Kakao.

Hi Sir, there is a visa F-5-9 visa for PhD holders abroad in high tech fields, but how can I know my field is included in high tech fields or not? Also, Postdoc position in a University with salary including tax considered employment or not? Thanks!

Hey Ashkan, "high tech fields" is a general term but mostly refers to science and engineering fields like IT, nano, energy, transport etc. For the second question, I cannot answer it with 100% certainty. However, based on anecdotal evidence it is considered as employment. However people who have short term contracts find it harder to get the visa. If you want send me a message through instagram : trevors_seoul I'll look for job-specific information if I know what job you do and the terms of your contract.

Thank you very much, Trevor's Seoul! Sure! I'll be in touch with you on insta. I really need your urgent help for deciding what to do. South Korea looks extremely nice country, but I am a bit concerned I lose the chance of a PR at west, and I also get nothing there.

@@aksh2774 Hey, I am not very familiar with the visa but I did a bit of digging. Yes, any doctor with a government licence (from the country of origin) can get the visa. You just need to have that licence/certificate notarized at the Korean embassy in your country. Also, I am not 100% sure on this one but you need to have an offer from a government approved medical institution/NGO in Korea.

No. as an Indian doctor, if you want to work in Korea, first, you should take the process of recognition of your Indian med school from Korea Health personnel licensing examination institute (government) There are not many medical schools in India that meet the requirements when applying the general standards of Korea. and then preliminary exam, after you pass it, then you can take the Korean national exam (of course, in Korean language) after all these process, you can apply the working permit in Korea, but doctors from India, it never happened in Korea, so far. some foreign med school graduaters who are working here, all they are Korean. also foreigners who are working here as a doctor, they went to the med school in Korea.
