I got rejected for a job that clearly said in the ad "No experience necessary, will train". I couldn't believe it. That was probably the most angry I've ever been about a job rejection.

I once felt the same way you did when I graduated during the previous recession. A lot of jobs said "no experience required". But I went out and worked for free just to put something on my resume. However, I cheated a little bit. My dad owned a business and I worked for him for no pay. I used what I learned with him to build my resume and apply for jobs.

But you also have beware of the companies that takes advantage of youth (and adults) doing it this way. "You work for free? Great, then we don't have to pay you." But then again those are the companies not being real and serious.. Other than that, great motivational video for young people (and other people too) with no or little experience trying to get at job :)
