I’ve just had an McDonald’s interview and I just thought I would let you know how mine went and what happened to help anyone who is worried about it. What I wore: black trousers, cream colour blouse, black flats. I didn’t wear jewellery or makeup and I had my hair in a ponytail. When I arrived I went to the till and said I was here for an interview. The women at the Will asked my name and said she would tell her manger. We sat on one of the chairs in the restaurant. Questions asked in the interview: •Tell me abit about yourself •Where do you see yourself in 5 year •asked about available •how many hours would I want to do Those where the main questions I talked about my college too. That was basically it only lasted 15 minutes.

I applied to McDonalds when I was 15. I got the job the next day. My first year working there I was promoted to Shift Manager. I am now 17 and have been a manager for almost 1 year already. I plan to try to get to General Manager position at some point. I have good relations with the owner and the GM at my restaurant. The owner is the GM’s mother. If you work hard and show you’re serious about the work, then you can be promoted really quickly.

I've watched so many videos about people's experiences at McDonald's and a lot of them were kinda sorta negative. Thank you for your positive experience video, you seem to enjoy your job at McDonald's, and you seem like a very polite, and patient person, so that's probably a great factor. I just applied for a job at my local McDonald's, and this video, plus some others have helped me gain some insight on what to expect if I were to get the job. I’m wanting to work there for my summer job so I decided to look up videos to help me with what I need to know so thank you

McDonald’s is a fairly easy job to get. I got hired and on my interview day I stuttered a couple time and was really nervous but the manager was really nice and cool and she hired me. She mainly asked basic question like why do you want to work here, tell me one time you became a leader, what would you do if a kid drop their ice cream on the floor, how would you introduce yourself to a customer. The interview took less then 7mins or so.

I'm 18 so I don't need working papers of course, the manager told me to bring a photo ID, SSN, and bank account info for direct deposit. I haven't set up that yet cause the bank in my area close in the weekend. So I gotta get it open today before my orientation. Wish me luck!

I remember applying for McDonald’s and I went to the interview and I was very concerned when they fucking hired me, no fucks given lmao. Then I started working there and I realised. Terrible fucking training barely knew what I was doing. Didn’t tell us how to make the burgers properly, never put us on the tills. HOWEVER I’m glad I worked there 3 years ago because it gave me aspirations to think about in life so I don’t end up there for the rest of my life.

When applying for a job you want to make sure the employer understands you’re potential commitment to the job. By replying saying that you’d choose a party over your work responsibility would show you don’t have too much passion for the job. They would prefer to hire someone who’s offering up their time and effort

No don't go to the store and ask for a manager. Don't call to check on them. You will get black listed for being annoying. Apply online to 20 places and wait for a call back.

The paperwork process also known as “orientation” is where you sign lots of sheets and contracts confirming you can work. It takes about 45 minutes possible longer. You’ll need to bring an Id and I believe your social security. Hope this helps:)
