    Venci s i dont think you know what youre talking about. Fitness is definately not your thing if you think brad pitt hasnt done steroids. Or youve never seen him in his movie about achilles. Even for some of his roles where he looks more “natural” the amount of muscle he gained doing a “clean bulk” in maybe 6 months and the 3D effect of his muscles i dont think its just picture editing bud. Cuz when hes not in a movie he gets pretty skinny fat.

  • @m74d3

    @m74d3

    7 жыл бұрын

    Jolly Roger That's what people are missing when they say "his physique wasn't even that good in fight club, just starve yourself and do pushups" or some such nonsense. They're missing the point that Brads physique in fight club actually LOOKS better than basically any other physique, despite not being "impressive" from a bodybuilding point of view or in terms of his stats or lifting numbers. If you had 1,000 men his height train and achieve his exact stats in terms of strength, muscle mass, and bodyfat, his body in FC would still look miles better than anyone else. Why? Genetics. It's got to do with his specific frame, his specific bone structure, muscle bellies and insertions, proportions, etc. He basically has the most aesthetic proportions humanly possible. His chest, shoulders, arms, upper back... it's like they've all been sculpted perfectly to the most aesthetically pleasing proportions possible. Every muscle is the perfect size/shape (shape is genetic). I've seen tons of guys with muscle and six packs, but I've never seen anyone look this aesthetically pleasing: esquireuk.cdnds.net/17/12/1490283744-brad-1.gif That's what they're missing when they say it's not hard to get a better body than pitt in fight club - they're thinking purely in terms of amount of muscle and bodyfat. Since it isn't that hard to build more muscle than he had in fight club and then get a 6 pack, they mistakenly take that to mean it isn't hard to get a better body. But no- if we're talking about aesthetics, you won't be building a "better" body

    In my twenties I ate exactly what was described in the video. Chicken,brown rice and vegetables were my primary meals. I'm talkin' lunch and dinner every day. El Pollo Loco was my best friend back then. My buddy and I lived there! We'd walk in and order up a chicken for each with large orders of rice and beans each. Only because it was right across the street from the gym. Otherwise I'd do it at home and switch it up with Salmon. THIS WAS MY LIFE FOR 1 YEAR SOLID!! I'm a hard gainer too. Getting older however, my gutt is disagreeing with me so, I decided to show it who's boss! I went back to my thinking of my 20's. It's really all about one thing....MINDSET! Once your mind is in the game again, YOU GOT THIS !👍 I just focused on diet, bought a set of ropes from none other than Crossrope(which is new to me)and focused on quantity of food intake and longer intervals with lots of water. Lost 20lbs so far. That's without exercise yet. NOW I'm doing calisthenics. I think 20 more should get me to B.P. status and then some 👍. Wish me luck!✌

    Its very simple. When I cut down to a good weight and look, I was dieting more than working out. My workouts weren't too crazy because I didn't want to bulk up. I would do light weights 5 reps, 4 sets. Each body part got close to 10 different workouts. I cut out a lot of sugar, breads, complex carbs and ate a lot of eggs, and didn't steer away from fats. One thing that I added to my diet was an amino acid BCAA drink, it really helped with my cravings and it helped with endurance and recovery. I looked good and felt really good. I let it go a little this past year, but I'm going to get back to it. But if you want to cut weight, and you are normal guy that works 8-5 5 days a week, you have to change your diet.

    Hi RIcardo, i don't know what you're up to now regarding your workout routine but I strongly advice you not to change it if you want to improve. Quite hard to explain in english since i'm French but it's better to maintain the same type of exercises during a long period as your nervous system is greatly involved in your muscle growth. KZread videos speaking about "shocking the muscle" are not reliable ! Hope it was useful :)

    So I'm 5'10 and 165 - pretty similar to Brad. My arms and legs carry very little fat, and a decent amount of muscle. I'm not a big guy, but it looks good. But I just can't get lean around the midsection. I have both visceral fat, and genetic hyperlordosis, the combo of which gives me a small tummy in photos with my shirt on, and a very blah look when it's off. I'm in good shape (just did a 17 mile hike which included a lot of inclines and declines) just can't get ripped. Thoughts?

    every human has abs, you just have to get rid of the layer of fat to actually see them through the skin. Abs are a result of diet, not training. You can make them bigger by training them, yes... but abs look nice when you can see them, not when they are big. In fact, huge abs reduce your V taper. You want big shoulders and a slim waist. Go on a diet. No need to train abs really :)
