I liked your description of the red gel making it look like a white balance issue, rather than looking like a gel. And I like that you shared that process of going from red to the pink-purple - which I also preferred. 👌

I’m so glad you made this video because I am literally planning a shoot with color gels and this has helped a lot. Your judgement for changing the gels for the second half of the sound wall was a good call. Your photos came out great man!

Thanks so much I needed to know what the difference in gels were for a project of mine. This really helps. But if you don't mind me asking if you were to shoot a film production and you wanted to make a soft ambiance lighting what kind of lighting would you use? Even if you don't shoot things like that I would like to know you're opinion.

Flimsy. I put a link to the ones I used in the description. They are really good. I bought some cheaper ones before and they were stiff. So I know what you are talking about.
