I've been working hard recently - trying to clock in at least 6 hours of intense studying/coding every weekday. So far I am 200 hours in. Sometimes, I feel this resistance taking hold of me, and this video helped me a lot. Just keep going - whatever you are doing. Never stop, and you will get there eventually.
I’m 2 weeks into the summer grind and my life has never been better. Listen to this man, he won’t lead you wrong.
You are authentic my bro, please stay true to yourself and your goals and don't forget to lose yourself, just because your viewers want you to be that way, may God always help everyone in this journey to win in their lives. Keep up that great work buddy👍

Hey, I just wanted to say you’re a really motivational person. In the past 6 months I’ve been slogged down with work and been loving just doing work, it even helped me lose a bit of weight. Like 40-50 pounds. But one night a month ago I saw one of your shorts and watched a few of your videos, and finally got into a regular workout routine. Started meditating regularly again to get back into shape like I was a long while ago. So I wanted to thank you.
Thank you for this. You and brother Gravemind are pillars of mental health and fortitude. You always make me see myself differently.
"Endurance is one of the most difficult disciplines but it is to the one who endures that the final victory comes."
“You have power over your mind- realize this and you will find strength. Be like the cliff in which the water crashes, but it stands firm, and tames the fury of the water around it.”
I agree with this. But I’d like to add my own twist. I think the best way to get hard stuff done is by making it enjoyable. This is so underrated. If you can trick your monkey mind into thinking the boring/hard activity is fun. You win. Remember: the man who loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination.

I definitely agree, but the hard think is how exactly do you make it seem fun, I think there many ways but for me personally I do something I'd consider hard or boring and combine it was something fun like listening to music
@Howardk2

@@genius3121 yeah just combining it with something you enjoy. I read that in atomic habits and made a video on that. Like gym and music for example

I view growth in 3 steps. First, work, Second, uncomfortable, Third, Growth. You work towards your goals which might be a bit uncomfortable, but you must realize that growth is outside of your comfort zone and you must address it every second while working, and push past it.

When a sailor wants to ship cargo from point A to B the only thing they have is a map so they are stuck in a ocean of blue for 90% of the journey until they reach points B Be like a sailor
Remember guys, anything worth having won't be easy to achieve and it will require you to step out of your comfort zone and do things you wouldn't normally do. If it were easy then everyone would be reaching their potential in life but there is only a select few who make the decision to change their lives for the better. To anyone reading who may need some encouragement just know that you are not alone on this journey to greatness and that it will all be worth it. Take this as your sign to make the decision today to become that 1% of people and stay on the grind to become who God envisioned you to be.
One thing you should mention is watching this video alone will do absoulutely nothing, you'll still be gaining instant gratification from just imagining your success but not working towards it

This summer I've been working out inconsistently, some days I would work out other days I wouldn't, I'm pretty fat so body weight exercises are very hard for me, this week however I completely changed, I worked out using my school backpack because I was way too embarrassed to ask my dad for a gym membership (we can't afford it anyway) I was working out with it for one night, I workout at night because I'm too embarrassed for one of my family members to see me working out, then after the first night I did some bodyweight exercises in the morning (squats and sit ups, I can't do a single pushup I've been trying for months) but that day since it was summer break my mom decided to pack up all the school things like books and bags and throw them away, I kept fighting to keep my bag and books but she kept asking why and I told her please just leave them and she wouldn't budge, she took them away and that night I just picked up a small girthy but very heavy stool, I couldn't curl it once with one hand so I held it with two in an awkward position, I've been working out now every single night with this stool consistently while doing bodyweight exercises and cardio for weight loss y'all don't understand how bad I want this
