    ​@@zoden6305 thats a good idea. What I do is i write down my goals from time to tine and then a plan on how to achieve every single one of them. Then I do what seems like the most important one and if i get bored I try not to watch youtube but focus on my goals. Gary bishop said that you are in autopilot mode 95% of the time just roaming through life. If you delete the stuff like cheap dopamine or just wandering around empty and start focusing on what you are doing, you will get shit done easier and have a happy life.

    Im walking a lonely path right now. 2 years ago i started daytrading and im finally making some money. These 2 years i lost a lot of friends because they wanted to party and i didnt come with them everytime. When i talk to most of my friends they dont care about there future. They are just like everyone else and they dont want the grind. I wont say im depressed because im keeping myself strong and i want to reach my goals.     1 Workout 6 days a week taking Saturdays off 2 Study for 3 hours everyday 3 Do chores for 2 or more hours everyday 4 Drink 6-7 cups of water everyday 5 No more cheap dopamine until I have done everything I had scheduled for the day 6 Adopt an attack mindset, attack your goals relentlessly everyday. Be excited about completing something that will bring me one step closer to achieving my goals 7 Track everything. All the goals I set and accomplished, what I did throughout each day, my workouts, the numbers, all of it. Grade myself on the day, week, month, season, and year.

    If your younger don't make your whole life training, yes, you should implement good habits and exercise into your life, but dont let it consume you. Take time to live. Dont make your life unberable. Now, i'm not saying dont do these things. You should eat clean, exersize, wake up early, ect, but live too, hang out with friends, go to an event, stuff like that. btw when i mena younger i mean like kids and early teen years.

    Make sure you guys that write out your goals in the comments or have goals in mind to not forget to make a plan in order to get to that goal instead of mindlessly trying to make yourself achieve that goal. Just try to better yourself 1% every single day and try not to overwhelm yourself with many goals. What helps me is 3 goals every 3 months and go hard at those goals with a plan until they become a part of your routine and then you can start another three goals you want to start working on and you get to see how far you’ve become with those past three goals which will hopefully give you guys motivation to keep going.

    I'm 15 and now I want to hit the gym but I went to a gym in a hotel and it said you need 16 years and a old person and I don't want that to be an excuse I have a morning routine in my mind and want to hit the gym so I can change but if I can't it doesn't matter I jump rope daily and I developed discipline into it but I will go all in I will take action on my goals and become my best version I enjoyed entering the gym but not doing anything it's the best thing but without discipline you won't be your best version.

    Try in a local gym bc they are cheaper i believe. If npt possible start at home. I got a decent body in home(i have 5 kg dumbbells and a chest expander + bodyweight exercises)

    @@DanielDaBest45 Thanks I have a routine and a good mindset I procrastinated reading because I watched too much netflix I have the books 48 laws of power and the laws of human nature I can follow my routine and have disciplined and be disciplined I'm from the 1% in mindset but not in body I'm going to have consistency with the routine and change I see people around me and they are weak I live in US and I'm visiting Europe I changed I now have deep work and a routine I only need to take action and I will do dopamine detox I can't answer this messages every day but if you don't sacrifice for what you want, what you want becomes the sacrifice, embrace discipline and become your best version when I come back I'm going to crush all my goals attack and do like sung jinwoo change I'm doing dopamine detox and it changed me I meditate but I didn't read because procrastination you can feel pleasure now and pain later or pain now, embrace resistance I have it all I'm going to take action but words doesn't matter just actions discipline is habits is consistency and consistency is success have a good day

    How to fuck yourlife instead. Wake up late and go to sleep right after. Have nothing to do not only today but generally in life. Prioritize comfort above all. Distance yourself from successful people or better yet from all poeple. Spend your time doing nothing onky passively consuming. Don't move much. Eat only comfort food. Drugz are great but you have to up the doses. Think only negative and only about yourself. Get stuck in the past and fear of the future. Don't try.

    Focus on your self. Why would you care about such people? You are way past them once you have decided to change yourself. It doesn't matter if they start hating you for having goals. In few years of progress you will be many times ahead of them if you start now.
