My first question when I discovered this type of sailing is, how do you tack through the wind? I never see these boats do this in any videos.

Just a quick question. Is it all about trying to keep the boat as flat as possible while in the air?

heeled to windward a bit so the foils can work I think! But keep it steady and static!
