Lenz You still havent put the firmware link in the description of your video that you promised.Where is it? Most responders have asked for it.. That's the key.Without it cant finish the process.Be kind enough and post the link or send to me directly and and others so they can get on with the job and finish the process. I did as you said but my mxq boxes never goes to recovery mode. what to do?

Hi have a great day! I have the MXQ RK3229 and the ESP8089. The reset button does not enter recovery mode and does not allow the use of a USB burning tool. However, the computer does not identify the TV box since the reset button is not functioning properly. When I plug in and hold the reset button, the TV box lights up blue, but nothing happens on the computer. When I plug in to the television, no signal appears. Is it possible that the operating system has been lost? What should I do? Please I need help.

i have a MX tv box dual core A9 jelly bean, its not loading anything after i hit the restart the system it keeps going back into the installation process then showing the same options if to restart, if to install from sd ETC. every time i hit the restart i cross my fingers hoping for it to show that its finally working but its not... it goes back into the android installation loading screen and then the same optins is shown again and again and again at this point i want to separate the device with a nice hammer but its not my tv box. I NEED HELP FIXING THIS BOX

Hi Lenz, I have subscribed to and follow you well presented videos, easy to follow step by step, explaining in detail how to perform every action. No rushing that is so great. I have a question re flashing the firmware on the same MXQ box you demonstrated on.When you get to the part where you insert the SD card, you say to hold down a button, but I couldn't figure which button you are talking about. It sounded like " easy " Will you e kind enough to show me where that button is by a diagram or some other means. The video ended but it did nt say if you were successful in getting it going again. Will appreciate your help. Also how do I download the card burner and get the firmware. Can you send me the link for both. Thanks. Reply soon.

Hey there a button in the AV port thats the button you need to press. Are you trying to flash from a sd card or pc ?

@@Lenzwalters Will flash from an SD card after I download the card burner and the new firmware which I will like you to send to me or the link/links to get the job done. I know which button you are referring to now.Keep up your great work in preparing these excellent videos. Further to my recent reply to you the mxq box I have is MXQ Pro 4k and is a 5.1 with 1 GB of Ram. Will you firmware work on this ? Anxiously awaiting the links to download what I need to try and fix box.

Sir, I download the firmware for MXQ pro 4K from the discretion link, that file download as Zip, whene I run the Burn Card Maker, it ask for .img file. when I extract that zip file, found some .img file. But that file not showing in selection window of that software (Burn Card Maker). Plz help me for next.

Sir. Thats great that you explain us how to make a firmware install via SD card update. But give me "one" seroius link where i can download a correct 5.1.1 firmware for this box. Actually not really possible to find some usefull links anymore. My MXQ Pro 4k in 2G/16G variant has on it a 7.1.2 firmware but still gets into bootloop. Hard reset solves not the problem. Seems that this box is totally outdated and weak in his performance. Consider that this MXQ boxes are wasting time and that it will become better to put it in the trash. Means buying another new and actual android TV box. If you want my MXQ Pro 4k i can ship it to you cost free! Only the ship taxes i would prefer that you pay for it, because i dont want to spent any money in this bullshit of an android TV box.
