Thank you for exposing us to the truth. I have been dealing with an auto- immune prooblem that left me leagally blind in 1999.The doctors had no answers for me , other than all of the stress I was experiencing at the time. Thank God my body did what it was created to do and my eyes began to heal after a year . I had to let go of some things and some people , and I was able to function again. I had no idea what I would have to face later, because the problem was not solved. I an currently blind in my right eye and the doctors are injeting my left eye with medication to save my sight. I have made major changes to my lifesyle, with the greatest being my nutrition. I know it is working because the injections are not as frequent and my weight is coming down slowly. I really appreciate your willingness to educate and inspire us all to live our best lives. May God continue to keep you and cover you with his Grace.

Wow, this is a very encouraging message! Let me say God bless you for making the changes to heal your body. I have a friend who all of a sudden lost her eyesight (she can see a little but not much and lights hurt her eyes ). The doctors have no idea what caused it and I believe they just prescribed her some medication to help. I'm going to show her your message and have her watch his videos and hopefully she finds the information helpful and it can aid her on her healing journey. Blessings and good will to you on your healing journey. Thank you for sharing.

I was diagnosed with something called Erythema Nodosum. I began having swelling in my joints and big bruise-like spots that felt hot to the touch appeared randomly on my legs. My family doctor prescribed steroids; which I refused to take, because of all the potential long term side effects, and the long term usage. I went to a naturopath doctor and she told me I had leaky gut. She prescribed all natural supplements like turmeric, probiotics, L-glutamine powder etc to heal my gut; and she took me off of inflammatory foods like gluten, dairy, eggs etc. Within a few days the swelling started to go down and within a couple weeks the bruises were gone. That was over 4 years ago. She said that I could slowly start introducing gluten and such back into my diet, but it has been so long I'm not even going to bother trying to eat it again. I also went vegan for a couple years, but recently introduced seafood back into my diet, when I went on vacation. My goal is to eventually go completely raw vegan. I love fruits and veggies anyway, so it would not be a difficult transition for me. I went raw vegan for 21 days a few years ago and I truly had never felt better in my life. So I know for sure that there is healing in whole foods.

This is very informative Dr Bobby and has helped me to understand a bit better. I have been working on this issue and had to start with staying away from LECTINS, the plant protein in many foods I use to eat due to not being a meat eater. I ate lots of beans, peas, grains, briwn rice, red potatoes plus more. I was able to incorporate a few non lectin grains back into my diet after a long while. Would you please share your thoughts on this? Thanks again!

What a great presentation! Currently in my Biology of Trauma program,we are studying the brain-immune-gut connection and how inflammation is truly related to the majority of diseases and dis-ease (i.e. anxiety) in the body! I learned the breakouts to my face and itchiness I experienced to my back were directly due to ‘Leaky Gut ‘ which also led to ‘Leaky Brain’ evidenced by brain fog, decreased focus and at times, pain at the finger joints! Several of the foods mentioned here were eliminated from my meals with decrease symptoms noted. Currently, I’m preparing my body to do a detox regimen. Thanks again!

People intolerant to certain foods should avoid those foods' but also should work on increasing the diversity of their gut microbiome by eating probiotics. The immune system gets trained on gut bacteria, so the more diverse it is, the better your body knows bad VS good bacteria and you won't get autoimmunity as easily. Another thing Is the diverse gut bacteria will digest those harmful substances and decrease the risk of developing allergies
