Isn't it embarrassing for MicroSoft that entering password doesn't work? It's just ridiculous how poorly programmed this operating system is. After about 30 years of development, they can't even implement the login without any problems.

@@roronoa_jass2368 were you able to fix. My safemode is not loading completely. Only full black screen and mouse cursor movable.

This is not a fix. Fixes are permanent. This is a workaround, or a band-aid. The login issue will happen again. Please update your description as it is incorrect.

Its not taking me to the black screen after pressing F5.

When i tried to logged in with safe mode my pc asked again my password as you said, i put it, and then it was stuck again in windows preparation screen. Any ideas?

It just saying your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Restart your device to see if that fixes the problem. But I've done that any help?

*PLEASE HELP* : My mom got me this computer during quarantine for school. Since last year, I've been using the computer completely fine, but one morning I try to log in to my account and instead of the normal "Password" box, it said sign in instead. I was kind of confused and eventually tried to log in. I type in my email and password (all correct) and it then asks me to make a pin. I click continue but then it says error literally 1 milliseconds later. I then click retry but it just repeats the error message. The only other option was to click cancel and when i do, it restarts my computer and brings me back to the sign in screen. I've tried everything to fix this. I tried to create a new account, restart my computer several times, and ive even tried to factory reset the computer. I still have the computer and I really want to know whats wrong with my computer. Please help

I found an possibly solution, restart computer 3 times and try to click and wait for log in screen to come. It worked. If not try system restore.

Still it is signing out after this process what to do ??

@@skyamisukare I don't know too much. But I took my computer to my computer guy and he said that my RPC server failed and basically he reset everything and I had to re-download everything. Everything is back to normal now.

I tries everything and still nothing works. I can't change my windows password and even when i type the pin that is correct it still doesn't work. Please help me.😢

I can't even get the password screen to come up..Normally I just press space bar and it brings up the profile Pic and password box. Now no matter what I do it'll just flash the profile Pic (as if it's transitioning to "enter password" screen) but instead just returns to the lock screen with just the clock showing..Even if I try and click the power button on the bottom right it still just does the same thing. I've tried ctrl alt del which does nothing. If I hold space bar it will just repeatedly (barely) flash the profile Pic then back to the clock (lock screen) over and over. I literally can't do anything to get past the lock screen to enter my password..The laptop is barely a year old..

It doesn’t work I do everything and I put my password in to go into to safe mode it ain’t work and it says the same thing .
