I did the second method and scanned it. When i turned back on, it logged in normal but ot was very slow still and nothing wants to open, it take a very long time to open something. What can i do now?

to use 3rd option you need to be an admin and for first option it is not resolved, even I am facing this issue yet after doing that. Once you hard reboot and power on then only while logging it gives you this option ctrl-alt-del but you can shut down using the same command, i just checked many times after seeing your video... m not sure what you are saying and why..

Hi, I watched ur clip in order to fix my problem with the welcome page is stuck, but when I enter the advanced automatic repair page with the 6 options and enter e.g. "uninstall updates", in next page I have to choose my user account and give the password but usually I login with pin code and im stuck there and can't get further. Originally the problem occured when windows was trying to update and couldn't complete and tried to revert and was stuck while reverting. I tried to enter safe mode and change the windows pwd but it didn't work I managed to enter Bios and set a admin + user pwd but it didn't affect windows local pwd. I tried to change the windows pwd via Microsoft website but still the pwd change wasn't affected. So do u have any ideas how to get over the step where it requires user pwd and stops me to go further in order ro repair the failed updates in the automatic windows repair menu with 6 options? /Thx and regards Peyman
