So my ps4 wouldn't let me switch accounts and the error code lead me to checking if i had newest system said i did so i restarted twice then my friend said if you cant switch accounts like that make it so you have to when you immediately login so i did the turned it off turned back on now its stuck in the report stuff and so i reported the problem tried safe mode no usb port ive tried will work we tried hard restart didn't work tried restarting many times idk what to do please help

GUYS I FOUND THE CURE!!!!!! GO LOAD YOUR GAME AND WHILE LOADING DISCONNECT YOUR CONTROLLER AND THEN WAIT! THEN YOUR GAME WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOAD IN AND ONCE ITS LOADED IN U CAN CONNECT YOUR CONTROLLER BACK!

I contacted the ps support, it said to reinstall the software update from a usb

My issue is I have done everything you have said before even looking this up my ps4 never gave me errors consistently only on gta but that's typical but I noticed ever since I downloaded the newest update the 11.00 something like that my ps4 keeps on consistently crashing and can't multi-task anymore without crashing I have all night kept going into safe mode reboot it 5 times didn't work now I factory reset the whole ps4 4times still haven't work where it's getting quite annoying keep putting my info back into ps4 I'll try again if there's a new update but I highly doubt it I have already updated it, i have never had this much of an issue with my ps4 I feel like my ps4 have done a default error while doing system software update I just know it never done this til recently on top of that can't even fix it

@@namelast4606 it just doesn't make sense bc my other friends updated there console and it's not doing it towards them its like it's doing it to certain other players it's very annoying I'm a youtuber I do consistently playing red dead redemption 2 I never get errors on red dead but now I do and it won't stop i noticed if I text ppl to fast then go back to the game crashes or I open up my interaction menu to fast or anything fast In general it crashes it's like u have to go slow for your ps4 without crashing but even u do that still crashes I stopped playing gta bc of this reason the blue error screen but now it's doing on everything it's quite disappointing I feel like Sony done it on purpose to make ppls life harder to play the game the only thing I can think of man is that I'll have to do the same is unstall the newest update and install the current update on the hardware and re-download it but I have a feeling it's gonna keeps doing it til sony fixes it I barely woke up left my console factory reseting early in the morning I Guarantee it's gonna keep doing it it's doing it with certain players but not all just be aware, like if u really wanna looked at my channel not once it has gave me error and I broadcast hours and hours in game play without no hassle but now yes consistently crashes

@@namelast4606 as long they are enough reports where it gives u an option to report it do it consistently eventually they are gonna be so many reports where Sony have no choice to fix it an put an new update sooner or later in my opinion

Thanks, the start in save modus saved my evening, could'nt get into the settings, everything went coocoo, but now it works again 👍

My whole ps4 is lagging freezing kicking me out of every game freezing on the main menu slow going into games and freezes at the same time I've tried rebuilding the data base uve tried initializing it nothing is working can you plz tell me how to fix it

I Have that problem too since i buyed ps4

I can't upload my data to online storage because of this error. It sucks Playstation is so anti-consumer that we just can't have normal memory cards anymore

PROBLEM SOLVED BUT IN MY WAYS!!!🥹🙌 I updated latest 11.02 version two times. First time when this version came & second time when I faces my PS4 slim hang, through safe mode (but idk why PS4 updated 11.02 version again if I already updated this a day ago) then again it shows this error [CE-36329-3] and giving options for "Accept & Report'' or "Do not report"... So I didn't done anything that time and turned off my PS4 that time but next day I tried to again restart then it will work properly..👍 Problem solved by after again updated my system software through safe mode and then turned off my PS4 for approx 10hrs.👍

How u know its fixed fully I downloaded it an it gotten whole lot more worse an I downloaded 2 Times nothing worked my ps4 flickers my wifi very fast disconnected an reconnect over an over only way to stop it is to test the internet connection I noticed I can't multi task or gives me system software errors I have done everything I have possibly could and nothing isn't working just getting worse u can see my previous comments I Left on this Channel it has good amount replies can't miss it, what did u do go to safe mode and Re analyze it?

@@MichaelaPsycho7713 Now my PS4 slim running well. My PS4 was hanging, and I just restarted it multiple times. I also updated the software in safe mode, but the problem persisted until I left it turned off overnight. When I turned it on again in the morning, it was running fine. I readed your old comments. I think that you should talk to customer support for this issue bcoz you tried all kind of solutions but Idk why your PS4 is facing problems still now.. or you should just clean your PS4's hardware. Maybe this will work... Hope your problem solved easily😌

@@RajkumarRKW much appreciated i have done with u mentioned to fully erase the whole hard drive had to redownload everything still didn't work only thing I didn't do was to call Sony ill try that tomorrow I kinda don't have hopes on it its not 1 ps4 I have 2 of them are doing it consistently glad ur ps4 is working well hope mine does the same
