I have one problem with the video conference app, Zoom on my computer. I hope you can help me out but if not then no worries. So the problem is that, I connect to audio and everything, but I still can’t hear anything from my computer speakers, not even when I try to “Test” my speakers. So what I have to do is connect my computer to my tv using HDMI and for some reason I can hear what the other people are saying, but only from the TV speakers. I also can’t use headphones because I can’t hear anything either. I know my speakers work because if I go to any other app or website such as KZread, my speakers work just fine. It’s only with Zoom that my computer don’t work with. Another thing is that in Zoom, when I share my screen and play a video, others can’t hear the audio, and I have no idea what the problem is because back in April it worked just fine. If you have any idea what the problem might be then pls lmk. Thank you and have a great day 👍

Followed each and every step. Finally had to uninstall it, restarted the computer and it's working fine. THANKS A TON MATE.

how do you make sure if your plugs and connections for audio are secure? My phone fell on top of my CPU case and then the screen froze. After restarting, there is no sound. It says there are no speakers or headphones plugged in even if there is

I believe that my dog disabled the sound on my laptop (his paws were on the keyboard). I did everything I could think of. I watched your video in silent until around 3:15 - pausing intermittently to duplicate what you had done. When I unpaused it, that time I HAD SOUND!!!!! Thank you SO much for posting this video, super helpful, EVEN when I had no sound!!!! :)
