    OMG. I used to have an old machine where the tension dial was on the outside of the machine. That makes so much sense... I wish I had my old machine back. Thanks for the help!

    had a tough time figuring out what was wrong...tried to adjust thread and bobbin tension. rethreaded machine (that was problem) and works perfectly now

    Make sure your presser foot is up when you thread your machine after you go through the tension part you can put the foot down to thread the needle. My brother has a problem with first stitches bunching I hold the thread for the first two stitches.

    I found with mine when I do the longest stitch length it loops under neath I found I had to tighten tension? Usually you make it looser because of puckering I think the tension itself needs adjusting inside machine!

    there is no change when changing the tensioner or rethreading. the top thread loops underneath, the bottom thread goes straight. no nesting. And no way to change the tension at the bottom.
