Hold the power button and Bluetooth button at the same time for few seconds light will turn into white and it's will work

The sound cuts out on mine randomly with cellular data. Wonder how common this is? JBL exchanged it for me. Charging and connection were fine.

This not solved my problem. My JBL does not charge and is Run out of battery. So if i can't charge because the column does not have battery, what i can do? I click on power button and it does nothing.. probably the JBL died..

My JBL Go3 does the same, it doesn't turn on unless I connect it, but when I connect it, it turns on by itself then a white light flashes that then changes to orange indicating charging, and turns off by itself after exactly 9 seconds
