I am so sick of my 1 week old XB 43. Sometimes It drops BT connection immediately with my Samsung s21 Ulttra. Sometimes I only get phone call BT connection. Sometimes i only get BT music BT connection. The only thing that helps is dropping the Sony XB 43 from the device list and re-pairing, and then It works like 2 times before starting to act up again. I've also noticed alot of jitter when playing music both from phone but especially when using it with windows when you have BT keyboard and mouse.. Never had disturbance on BT connection with my SONY STR-DN1080 AV receiver. I can imagine XB43 performing like shit in a park with alot of BT devices 😞

There's a sony app in the app store for that.

Same as mine except I have the xb 43 and it still went to shit. Less than a year old and went to shit. I’m tired of buying a new junk speaker every year. That’s supposed to be top of the line. That’s why I spend the extra money. The price doesn’t match the portable speakers when they break or the battery goes to shit after the first year. They made the charging port with the piece in the middle that breaks off easily. All of these are marketing gimmicks to make you buy a new one every year. Show me a speaker that doesn’t go to shut after the first year and then make the pos 300 bucks. Until then all of the portable speakers are way overpriced

My xb43 also wont turn on or charge but sometimes it turns on i already reset it but wont fix the problem i regret buying this low quality flat sound bt speaker.

Sometimes you have to reset it multiple times.Mine's old and the resets bring it back.Having to do it more now though.

No help at all, my same speaker won't charge and is completely flat so this is useless information and a misleading title. Thanks for nothing buddy

How old is it?Mine's prolly 3yrs old.Starting to have that issue.Resetting it works but I'm having to do it alot more often now.How do you reset it if it won't power on right?Check the charging cable.Or take it to an repair shop.If it's still under warranty contact sony.
