Remove cover check for outside damages. If no damages on cone or surround, contact jbl. Or, if you have a warranty, use that. Hope it helps

This is fake after turning on lfm turn off automatically due to overheat protection for some people, mono mode (i.e. the equivalent of LFM) works, but it doesn't always work (not for me ;D)
