I’ve never disliked a video more!
These printers all inherit their current problems from their almost identical predecessor the Kodak Easyshare printers of the early 2000’s. Their mechanics are almost identical although the operating software of the Canon is better. Great when working correctly but a real challenge to home repair. Out of 6 defective items I have made a successful repair of one only, and that’s with having experience of mechanical repairing.
I have a Selphy 1330 and I was getting the same error, but it wasn't cassette; it simply needed a new ribbon.
