Thankyou! Now that i fix the error 4 the effects section is now smoother. Before when i have the error code 4 when i use the effects the my laptop is freezing

Go to your finder top menu bar and navigate to Go manu, then press the option key it will be bring it the enclose library folder , if you follow the video step by step you won't have any issues
