If your TV/monitor has more than 60hz just select the highest and see if HDMI scaling is working. 4K resolution should work too

Was 0.1 milliseconds away from throwing my tv in the trash, then luckily I came across your video. This helped me out a lot, never knew about this setting until now 😅

hdmi scaling wasnt working. all the other "how to" videos i watched never mentioned resetting the screen refresh rate to 60 hz, which fixed the problem! appreciate it

Or you could just go into your TV settings and disable overscan, Pretty much every single tv supports this and you don't need to do anything on your computer (So it works on any CPU) and you won't be loosing some resolution like you do with this method.

Downloading the AMD radeon driver package allowed me to access the scaling slide adjuster. This was THE key! Thanks Dawg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
