Did you have a trifecta lights on (abs, engine, park, etc?

I have a 200 740i e38 my scanner is showing left front inlet valve I just had the abs module rebuilt the lights only come on when I drive the car but goes out on restarting I used a Ebay sensor not sure if it's the problem.

Hi , I have replaced the front right sensor but that car have same problem .. by the way in my car just light abs and asc .. what must I do ?

Hey. Did you diagnosed with sensor is not working? Why you changed front right sensor specifically?

My speed sensor p1774 code, replaced with a brand new part and still shows that's the problem,

How to do with bmw r1200 gs lc 2014.

I replaced the sensor on a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive it did not clear the code it still has the error what else could be the problem

Replace the cable, geez why didn't I think of that?

Where did you sacnned it?? Why not the inside obd2 ? Inside the cab by the.feet.? Where did you conected it from.the outside???help

the e39 is so old it probably doesn't have a normal obd2 port as they came in the 2000s. seems like you need a diagnostics tool made especially for older bmws to scan these

I have test it on the car tester ... it shaws that the front right sensor not working

Did you buy the right sensor? There are different sensor types for BMW. Make sure the product number match. Did you replaced with new sensor or it was an used one?

It might my that the sensor is ok but the wires in the car are broken somewhere.

You don't think that problem from Abs moudule ?

Yes the problem can also be the ABS Control Module. Try to connect impa (diagnostics) and check ABS module.

Well , hmm i have writet on ebay so ( bmw e39 1998 abs sensor front right ) , ja offcours i've new one

Did uou have to clear the code??

my e36 needs a new abs sensor, but its been in there for 24 years so when i tried to get it out i just didint get it out. i tried to soak it with wd40 but still with al my strength it didnt work. WHO HAS SOME TIPS!!????

Anton Hulzebos go out and buy some PB blaster, great stuff to break down rusted together parts. soak it for 10-15 mins and work at it. If that doesnt work take a torch to it and heat it up. Careful to not burn the wires/sensor itself.

Regis Garage no :( .. but i've seen that ther is no nummer on the new sensor .. but on the old one ther ist a nummer .

I had the same problem. Reluctor ring was touching the abs sensor. I also made a video about that.
