Just want to say thank you for all your videos on posture, assymetry, and especially for not just giving the solutions but explaining the biomechanics. I’ve seen a lot of improvement with your videos.

I think I started developing anterior pelvic tilt to try and make it easier to carry ny heavy backpack during school! So it makes perfect sense that this posture was trying to shift my center of mass forward

Brought my body back (from PEC) and at last I dont have pain in my back. However my head stayed forward and though I never had any neck problems now it constantly hurts. What should I do? Is this common? Your videos are absolutely amazing. Never thought that I would stop having back pain! Thanks for making me hopeful again.

The triangular spot between your shoulder blades up to the neck and the upper abs work together. The abs go toward the back and the neck by use of the upper back should be easier to straighten and doing so also supports the abs

Heyz Conor. I’m working through your No BS APT program and on week 5. While it does provide some relief and correction, my body always reverts back. I’m following the program religiously but a bit discouraged.

I think if it took years for you to have that posture it will take years or a long time to correct it. I think you have to be mindful of your posture and correcting it when Mos balance happens

@@5679791 Tbh i just think thats a cop out for PTs out there. If you cant fix an injury/postural issue within 6 months the program is massively flawed.

It’s interesting you say that the weight is in the forefoot. Because I have a severe APT and my weight is almost always in my heels. I have trouble getting into my forefoot and pushing through my toes.

Hi Conor. Important question here. I saw that you recommend IR bias 90/90 wall push exercise for A.P tilt. If a person has tight adductors and weak ER muscles and limited ER ROM, because of A.P tilt, would you still give IR bias wall push? Thanks you!

work more on exhalation, not just sucking in your stomach that doesn’t really do to much on correcting core musculature/posture . on your exhale you should feel your inner core muscles working bringing your rib cage down slightly

It's probably two areas that need to work together. Your top abs should be pulled toward the back and the trianglular spot between the shoulder blades and up to the bottom of the neck both support each other
