That ones is the ohv rocker cover gasket Mines problem is a broke piston ring but i ain't messing with all that i might later or use that engine for a parts engine for my other 2 like it i don't have time to mess with the intek 18.5 if the person that had it before me took better care of it it wouldn't pour clouds of white smoke out. you hadn't seen one run with broke rings but i don't want the neighbor's thinking something's on fire i know what's wrong with it though. I didn't know the troy bilt bronco deck is made the same as john deere decks until i just seen it today might be a good thing its rings are broken cause i don't like those decks mower deck got 2 belts to mess with if one messes up so I'll just keep the broke engine and strip the mower down but it is still good for someone else who might like that model but they'll need a engine for it all everything else on it works it is gonna need a new drive belt soon i seen the one on is cracking you can usually feel a bad drive belt on the brake pedal when the drive belts getting bad

Zep makes good stuff that works and I use it along with Walmart degreaser

Don't buy none of the red gaskets their shit rubber so when the ohv cover heats up the red gasket bubbles because their not heat resistant you gotta make sure the one you buy is heat resistant or it ain't gonna work

I have a dlt3000 that is smoking a little and when I lifted the lid there is an oil leak under where the fuel pump is located. Do you know what could possibly be causing the oil leak

I have that mower to and had to make the gas gravity fed because going to change the old gas line out from the tank under the seat that whole nipple on the bottom of the tank came put when i was pull on the gas line trying to get the old line off i put a tank right up by the battery against it and it works i was gonna keep it a gas pump hook up but couldn't That tank was good it held $10 in gas but they shouldn't make stuff hard to get to and no hand room to get a clip off or just a grab on the gas line

Can i see your mowers deck id like to see what the original deck looks like I had to put a old craftsman lt1000 deck on my 3000 it all fits but have to fix the blade engagement pulley in place so tension all the way or its blades wont work sense they work by clutch pulley. That 3000 model on the pto pull switch i had to cut one of the ground wires from it so the blade would work without it shutting off the mower so the pto switch was shutting the mower engine off but doesn't anymore

Would that cause it to lose power while mowing then dies ?
