Where does one get that silicone washer, the critical part to the whole video ?

We got the silicone washer gasket from the manufacturer.

Never knew where the model number was

I have to try this I think I have a leak..

installed about 8 months ago: water leaking down a bolt when flushing? Same brand of toilet.

If it's installed by a third party, probably it's still under warranty. The usual problem for leaks are the gasket.

I wouldn’t put the tablet in the tank as doing that will void any warranty. Food coloring would be the better choice for that.
