Bloating is normally cause by excess gas in the stomach.
It can be painful and discomfort with a stuffed feeling making your stomach look swollen.
If there is a infection in the digestive tract can also cause bloating and swelling making the stomach hard and painful.
If you have bloated stomach is best to avoid all these foods:
1. Beans.
2.Wheat.
3.Onions.
4.Cheese
5.Milk.
Food to eat:
1.Hot soup.
2.Rice.
3. Peppermint tea
4.Cooked vegetables
5.Toast with butter.
The exercises in this video will help you step by step to massage the digestive system.
That is the stomach, colon and small intestine muscles to relax reducing the gas and improving the digestion at the same time.

This is changing my life! THANK YOU! I wish I had of known this at 18, but I still love it at 49. I KNEW I wasn't eating enough to be this fat and pregnant looking. My stomach is flat now. I can see my abs again. I haven't changed my eating. Salads bloat me so much, but now I do this before I eat my salad and it's flat after my salad. How is this possible?
I've been having this belly pain for days, and even after medication it seemed not to solve. But surprisingly and against my expectations it worked for me and i finally feel better

I love doing this. I'm doing it everyday, twice a day and I can actually see my abs again....after a very long time of being bloated from perimenopause. This has been magic for me. I usually only poop in the morning, but last night just before bed, I had a big poop and I slept all night so soundly. I'm here doing it again now before I eat and then I'll do it again before bed. Thank you for this video.

Dear Austin, thank you so much for all your videos on stomach issues. I have started to do this just 2 days ago and my sever upper stomach bloating has gone! I suffer from bloating after meals Im 21 years old I dont know what to do should I try digestive enzymes??!!

Thank youbfprvyour response. I have food allergies. I have been given stuff that I ditch after a month because I was in pain and It was supposed to help. I am into qigong and tai chi and want to feel better but because crap in the food it has messed up my stomach. I will definitely try it.

But laying on your right side prevents your liver (it fatty or inflamed) from weighing down on your other organs/digestive system. Not that my entire teenage life wasn't spent mostly laying on my left side 😅

Thanks for the video. While I know the video is for bloating issues, just in case someone here has constipation problems, I wish for you to get better. Here's what works for me for constipation: 1. Stretching your body muscles with typical stretching exercises. 2. Squatting exercises. 3. Starjumps and similar exercises. 4. Moving your hips to the sides repetitively while sitting on a flexible office chair/gaming chair. It's basically any movement/position that helps you release the blocked gas/stool from your system. But of course, you first need to go to the doctor for proper diagnosis and medication. I found that after doing such exercises and frequenting the toilet, these things helped me relieve the pain immediately: 1. Gently massaging the region between the belly button and the crotch, in a downward motion. Doing this while lying down even for 2 minutes really helps. 2. Apply pressure with your thumb on the DU 26 acupuncture point for a few seconds (you'll need to Google photos of this if you're not familiar with the location). Hold it for a few seconds before releasing (No need to do circular motion). For this particular point, don't be afraid to apply a reasonable amount of pressure as long as it doesn't bleed or cause you physical pain. 3. Apply pressure/Gently massage with your thumb on the L 14, LV 2, and SP 6 acupuncture points in circular motions for a few seconds for each point. Hope this helps! I did everything on my own, but if you have assistance from someone else that's even better.

This really work wonders!! I am on medication that cause some serious stomach pain + gastritis + bloatedness for about a month & half now. On my 2nd week of my therapy, I notice that my stomach is so bloated for no reasons. On the 3rd week it becomes worse. I can’t even eat bcs my stomach will expand & my abdomen is swelling! I also have troubles breathing. My next appointment with the doctor is in 2 weeks so I don’t know what to do. Then I came across this channel (my first video is moon face by Austin Goh which I did too) and it really saves my life. Let me tell you one thing. I am on day 4 of this natural method & my stomach is no longer bloated!! Also, I went to the toilet a lot!! No longer have problems with constipation. I farted a lot (constantly throughout the day in fact) which I believe that the gas is coming out from my stomach & other parts of my body. It’s so crazy how it works!! Thank you so much Austin :) You really save a lot of people’s lives 😭 I do this 2 times a day. before 8 am & 8 pm. At least 1 hour before you eat. Can’t wait to finish this remedy in 3 weeks time. Good job Austin.

First Day on your exercises as I have Bloating Gas Feeling Full & Tight & Sometimes Pain . Feel like the Michelin Man since the Vaccines and change of Diet. No more soft drinks biscuits cakes takeaways and feel Bloated all the time. Thank You Austin for your Video 🙏☮️🇦🇺
