To be clear if you have a throttle, app is paired and you have moved the slide to 4 (unlimited mode) you don't have to put +4 on the controller on the bike to get full power with throttle. Controler on the bike is just how much pedal assist you get. In other word, if you are using throttle and you have 0 on the controler screen you go full speed when you hit on that throttle.

What happens if my throttle is loose? because today I rode my s2 and it turn off the battery is on, but the display won’t appear?

Is it only compatable with the ones in the vid or and the super73 zg?

Just received two super73 ZX for my sons, from Super73 Europe. I have updated the firmware on both bikes and know got an error (017) which makes difficult to use the eletric part of both bikes (customer service is useless...)Do you know I can this issue be overcomed? Read that with the "throttle" installed this issue does not happen. Is it so? I wanted to give it a try but I would like to know what happens with the gears having the throttle installed - Can the gear be kept on the bike? (using the throttle means you're not pedaling...)- . I'm asking this as is not allowed to use the throttle apart from being ofroad or privat land... I would appreciate your comments. Thank you.

Hi Luis, I’ve not seen the error message before after updating the firmware. Our team will look into this. As for the throttle kit, this does not affect the gears or pedal assist. It is a straight plug and play accessory and will allow you to control the motor without pedalling. You can also pedal while using the throttle. Hope this helps. Yes they are compatible with the Super 73 ZX, S1 and RX.

Hi Mr Panda, yes the throttle is ambidextrous and can be fitted on either side of the handlebar.
