My apologies I should have further explained the caves in the underground. Fountainspring is the ones that look like blue water squares on your map (there’s many rooms for each kind so there’s not just 1 single Fountainspring for example). Dazzling Cave & Star Gleam Cavern are the ones that looks like pink crystals in the room on your map and when you go in it’s all crystals. Hope that helps clarify!

My gold bat evolve so fast into a crobat at level 23 I guess. He liked me since a zubat and was able to evolve quicker

I think you can still make a level 100 Togepi evolve into Togetic if you give it a rare candy.

Try giving it vitamins and any berry that says it raises its friendship. It can take a few levels unfortunately😂
