@@enderbutwitha3 For a pokemon to be "pseduo-legendary" they must have slow leveling experience, must have 3 evolution stages, and they must be all level up to evolve only, so it cant evolve via trading or using stones to evolve them, and they must have a low catch rate i think.

They don't have to have 3 stage evolutions. It's just that everyone has a 3 stage evolution.
