My father is my mentor. I went to a public university for graduation and didn't find any Mentors. Then went to a Tier 1 college of the country to find some very promising talents and admirable faculties. They all are very good but don't align with my values. Finally, I went where I started. Which is my father who is my first person to call a mentor. Our values align very much.

Perfectly put!! Took me such a long time to arrive at this. The values I learnt were priceless no doubt, but in different areas than what I eventually wanted to build my own company in!

It's good to know that you have exposure in different areas. Don't worry, the lessons you have learnt will never go to waste.

@@Rajiv.Talreja Thank You, I sometimes worry though if I invested too much time climbing a mountain that wasn't meant for me! Of course cannot change what has gone. Definitely on a better path now. Your teachings would add so much value even to a college kid who is dead sure about starting and running their own business one day. I was that, just didn't have the right environment on process and systems and so took longer to arrive on this path. No regrets at all, just, an observation! 😊
