Joel Osteen is the pastor of America’s largest church, one of the most popular inspirational figures in the U.S., and a #1 New York Times best-selling author. His first book, Your Best Life Now, was on the NYT Bestsellers List for more than 100 weeks and along with ancillary titles has sold more than 10 million units in the U.S. to date. Joel has written 12 national bestsellers and has sold millions worldwide including a million+ copies in both South Korea and Indonesia.
In October 1999, following the passing of his father and Lakewood Church’s founder, John Osteen, Joel became the Senior Pastor of Lakewood Church. Under his leadership, Lakewood’s weekly attendance grew from an average of 5,000 to over 50,000, and Lakewood became the largest church in the U.S. according to Forbes, Outreach magazine, and Church Growth Today.
In 2003, Lakewood Church acquired the Compaq Center, home of the NBA’s Houston Rockets, and spent the next 18 months renovating the arena at a cost of $105 million. On July 15th, 2005, Lakewood held the first of seven weekly worship services in the new 16,000-seat auditorium and within the year had become the most popular tourist destination in Houston, according to the Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau.

A lot of migrants go through an identity crisis and unless it is adjusted to becoming who we really are, it eats into our general wellbeing. If unchecked it spills over and hurts people. Hurting people hurt themselves and hurt others they encounter. Joel Osteen shines the Lord's love in his ministry. Thanks, Lewis Howes for bringing him on your channel.

Lewis, thank you for bringing Pastor Joel Osteen to SOG! I truly respect this man's faith, positivity, energy and love for people. So many great nuggets! I loved when he said, "Call out the seeds of greatness in others" and "Sometimes we try to get things out of people, they don't have to give...Celebrate their strengths, Don't focus on their weaknesses " These two life principles are full of grace and wisdom. I am going to be intentional about applying these two in my life.

LEWIS, love the end part of this video. I wish many men would listen to your words with an open heart. Soul connection is the most important element. With that comes unconditional love... which makes easy to deal with life together. Makes easy to show up everyday with a open heart. But, it must be mutual. One way street will not work. You give hope for women like me that have been patiently waiting for the right soul connection (mature man)... someone aligned with themselves, and with their divinity. Blessings to you and Marta.

I totally agree with what you are saying....The fact is, BTC is the future of crypto and the questions traders ask themselves now if this is right time to invest? before jumping into conclusion i think you should take a look at things first. for the past few days the price of BTC has been fluctuating which means the market is currently unstable and you cant tell if it is going bearish or bullish. while others still continue to trade without the fear of making lose, others are being patient. it all depends on the pattern with which you trade and also the source of your signals. i would say trading has been going smoothly for me, i started with 5 BTC and i have accumulated over 20 BTC in just three weeks, with the trading strategy given to me by expert trader

If you are finding that you do not have close intimate relationships with people and you're not finding true love in this world and you are not finding someone who can be intimate and vulnerable with you, it is likely because you are the one who needs to be more vulnerable, open up to others more and be intimate with others. When you show more love to others, you will get it in return. It is the same principle as to cure loneliness you don't need to surround yourself with more people but you need to show yourself more vulnerable. It all starts with us. ❤️

This was so great to listen to, at this particular chapter in my life! And I was taken back to those days, seeing you at the small church, behind the camera, hearing your plans back then that were not yet aligning with where you were actually going!! This was heard at a dinner we had with your mom! How in Awe I am to see all you've done, truly following in the footsteps of your daddy! I love knowing how proud he is of you from his special place in Heaven!! My dad was such a proud Usher, and mom loved your mom so much! ❤️

I am so grateful to have heard this message!. Joel Olsteen really showed his true person in this interview and so did you! I've been following you for a long now and this is my first comment. I was shocked to learn you lived in Delaware during the same time my family lived there. My sons went to WCHS and one is your age. I'm encouraged to hear of your journey and the amazing things you are learning...I see favor all over this!

Hi Lewis, I'm a fairly new subscriber, so I've only seen a few of your videos, but I loved this! I love Joel Osteen, and that's why I watched, but the last half where you talk and share what you've learned has been so refreshing, and invaluable to me. I watch a lot of interviews, and those are great, but having a content creator just sit and talk "one on one," with their audience is refreshing, as I said, because I'm able to focus more, and really hear what's being said, because I'm not having to focus on two people, and what each person is saying, and how each is reacting, if that makes sense. I have known for a while now about the aspect of NOT building on a sexual foundation, so this wasn't exactly new, but I did learn the steps in how to go about achieving this from watching today. You laid out practical ways to approach building a meaningful relationship, and that's not something that's always achieved in an interview because two people are trying to get their viewpoints across, and there isn't always time to reach that deep level of conversation that really teaches in a practical way. So, thank you for spending this time doing that one on one with your audience. As I said, it was invaluable to me because I learned more this way as opposed to trying to glean information from two parties at once. It was rather like having a heart to heart with a mentor. So, I appreciate you, brother for doing this in this video. I will probably watch it several more times, knowing that as I do, I will pick up on things that I didn't pick up on before. This teaching is so important. So glad you shared this. I just know that there are countless people you've helped today by presenting on this more personable level. I can't thank you enough, Lewis, really. Peace and blessings.

Love all your interviews and content! Joel is one of my favorite’s too! My 2 cents about relationships. I’ve been married for 29 years and it’s been a rocky marriage. My husband had a successful business and we have two grown sons. The issue is that he had a past that he never really got over the anger and betrayal. It’s important to see this and not think you can heal that person. They have to do it! It has affected my sons and of course me. After all this time I feel that I should stay and follow it through for however long that is. I wish you were around before I made that commitment, maybe I would have taken a different direction. Lewis, you are really helping people! Thank you!
