For over 10 years, I suffered terribly with anxiety and panic attacks. Psychiatrists and psychologists couldn't help me though they tried. I had to learn to put the word of God into practice. As James stated in the Bible, faith without work is dead. I had faith but was disobedient when it came to practicing the word of God. I had to learn to trust Jesus no matter what happened. Jesus is the prince of peace, the peace that surpasses understanding. One day the Holy Spirit told me to remain calm no matter what happens and I couldn't. I cried out to Jesus and He has kept me calm ever since. No more panic attacks and even when I do experience anxiety, Jesus keeps me calm. I've also had to keep resisting the devil and the temptation to fret and fuss. I never imagined that I would have suffered for so many years with anxiety. It weakened me but Jesus strengthened me. If you're suffering with chronic anxiety, don't give up. Start reading the New Testament in the Bible and begin to practice it. All honour and glory be to Almighty God and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ 🙏🏽

This is true! I was beginning to have an anxiety attack today.. I started saying the Peter 5:7 scripture over and over… I clicked on KZread and this video was in my feed. I listened and I couldn’t believe it!!! Everything he said, I have experienced and I am claiming, no more anxiety live here! Keep praying and staying close to God because he is a Healer of All things!

I have suffered from OCD as long as I can remember. If you know what it is, it is the worst mental illness to have. I don’t remember the last time me having a day with me being completely happy and worry free. My mind is my biggest enemy and I worry about everything from driving down the street/to talking to people. I just got back into the word of God recently, and I’m giving it all to him. I’m praying for change.

Put that OCD to work. Grab an ukulele it is simple enough. Put your obsessive powers into learning it. At some point you will start expressing through it. Rather than just fully focused on learning. We are always learning however at some point you will find the instrument as a feedback mechanism that shows you e resolved issues that have been leading to the obsessiveness have nothing to do with psychiatric issues and everything to do with a congruent energy (Holy Spirit does this) that soothes our the kinks for a calm flow....to where you now know....what is an instrument and what is it used for. We are instruments. An Ukulele or a flute is an instrument. When it uke is out of tune you will tune it and in doing so tune yourself....maybe not a flute that why I recommend Ukulele. ✌️

This is going to sound contradictory... but I got healing from anxiety without Christian or biblical teaching... there are health, diet, outside influences that can impact anxiety. . Infact I don't think I healed from it... I think I just put it in its place...

I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home and I felt the presence of the Lord, come down to me from above. It was as real as anything and I felt so comfortable with Him. I knew if I asked Him to play a song on the radio, He would. So I said "Ok Lord, play Come as you are..." I didn't know what station it was on or anything, but I turned the radio on and the song started playing right on the spot, perfectly... I started getting flooded with chills inside, trembling, and crying tears of joy. When I got home, He stayed with me for 10 minutes till I got out of the car. I've been getting amazing prayers answered for around 6 years since, because that experience made me stop doubting when I pray, and I follow Biblical instructions, best I can.

So that started to resonate with me and eventually I decided I would pray every single day, for a tangible testimony to share with people, until God answered. So every day, I prayed at least once, for about 8 months, and that's how He answered. I pray you get a testimony and I hope you pray for one every day till you do. God bless.

I can't stop crying Pastor Joel was amazing I have aniexy and depression and what he said made a big difference. I feel so overwhelmed and emotional but then at peace it's hard to explain I felt like Jesus was actually here with me looking over me protecting me from my aniexy. I always listen to Pastor Joel and Victoria and felt better but this was different I felt something inside changing I feel more free and lighter from my aniexy. I am on my first road trip to Texas, I asked my husband how far we from Lakewood as I got the notifications of this video "cast out your anxiety" . As we were listening to this while driving through Junction, TX a heavy rain, thunder, lighting, hail and deers crossing are road became the scariest night I had lived through, but this prayer helped us through the storm. I’m currently struggling with anxiety. Today was one of the hardest bouts of anxiety. My aunt told me to look up Joel and one of the first videos that popped up was this one. I’ve been praying to the lord for help and never realized I can cast out my worries to him for help and to bare the weight I can’t hold. As I watched this video every what If thought I had I was able to cast it out of my mind and told myself let the lord handle what Is overwhelming me. And my heart started to not beat so fast my mind felt clear and at ease. I felt the Holy Spirit comfort me like a blanket and protect me like a shield. It felt like a hug from Jesus. I’ve been praying for this since Sunday when my anxiety started to get worse. I know that the strength from our Lord will get me through no matter how hard it is. ❤ listen to your heart

So true about worry and anxiety. Life deals us all a lot. The one thing I can say is that you said in one of your services was when you start to worry or have anxiety just say to your self delete delete delete. It does work. I recently have trained myself to focus on the day in front of me, let tomorrow worry about itself like the bible says. Thank you for helping me work thru this. I praise and thank God everyday for no matter what life deals me.

I needed this this morning. Thank you very much. I haven’t had anxiety in 10 years and I feel it’s coming back. This is just what I needed to hear. God sure comes at the right time. God bless you. I listen to you every mining after my devotional. I am in Los Angeles California. I have a daughter with cerebral palsy. God has always been there for us. Never have I gone without. Even when I didn’t serve him he watched over me and my kids. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for god to carry me through. I know I can’t do it alone.

I have got my job transferred order but because of office politics my boss is not releasing me due to which i am not able to join in my new posting place. Psalm 34:4 l sought the Lord and He heard me and delivered me from my fears,give all to God,he will sooner take it away for good. Stand strong,it happened for me,it will try to come back but you just go back to Psalm again,and praise God through it all,cause that shows the enemy,you trust God through it🤲🤲🤲🤲🙌🙌🙌🙌praise God forever and ever

I cast all my fears and anxiety upon the Lord. I have bipolar disorder and was stable for over two years. I just went through a manic event which has affected my work performance due to my inability to focus and concentrate. I got called into the office about my performance being scattered and disorganized. I had a reaction to one of the meds I’m on and fainted at work and hit my head on the floor. I am a prayer warrior and have been praying for people and seeing answers to prayers. I can’t help but feel like this is an attack from the enemy. Lord I thank you that my job is secure and that my thinking is clear and focused. Thank you that greater things are coming because of your plan for my life. Thank you Pastor Joel for your great message of encouragement and faith. I’m choosing to trust God in the midst of all this. I really appreciated the message.

I had a friend say the same thing to me. It was meant as a put down of Joel. I have found that people who say negative things about Pastor Joel have not truly listened to him for any length of time. He has changed my life. sidenote that so-called friend has disappeared from my life thankfully. 🙏
