Wonderful session! Thank you! Please consider having Sally K. Norton on. What she has learned re oxalates is mind- blowing and many people's symptoms can be explained by oxalates and they don't even know it's an issue.

Most people do NOT have a problem with oxalates, and oxalates can be made in the following ways, and you can see they are far from just dietary sources....you have to be careful believing from people it is all about eating them!!! Endogenous Production: The human body synthesizes oxalates as part of normal metabolism. Oxalate is produced primarily in the liver as an end product of metabolism, particularly from the metabolism of certain amino acids, such as glycine and serine, as well as from vitamin C (ascorbic acid) metabolism. In healthy individuals, the production of oxalate is tightly regulated, and the kidneys play a crucial role in excreting excess oxalate from the body through urine. Dietary Sources: While the body produces oxalates internally, a significant portion of oxalates in the diet comes from plant foods. Many fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds contain varying levels of oxalates. Some foods that are particularly high in oxalates include spinach, rhubarb, beets, nuts, seeds, and certain types of berries. Microbial Metabolism: Additionally, some oxalates in the body may be derived from the breakdown of dietary compounds by gut bacteria. Certain bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract can metabolize substances like oxalates, which can influence oxalate levels in the body. Medical Conditions: In some medical conditions, such as hyperoxaluria, there may be an excessive production or absorption of oxalates, leading to elevated levels in the body. This can increase the risk of developing kidney stones composed of calcium oxalate.

A whole food keto diet is the absolute best diet to fight cancer. It can be rich in grass fed meats, wild fish, organic veg, healthy high quality fats and beautiful organic berries, when they're in season. I've been keto for 20 years and have no diagnosis and am on no meds. It is a fully sustainable way of eating that you can stay on for life! It's just a whole food diet minus all the junk.
