hey mate great video i am curious if you have any advice for a beginner , I am looking at trying to fossick enough gold and a sapphire to make an engagement ring for my partner any tools or locations you would recommend (based in QLD)

Cheers. My first video goes through equipment. A gem sieve, gold pan, river sluice, metal detector that can detect gold in mineralised ground and digging implements. I have other videos about how to get sapphires and gold so check them out. As for locations west of Emerald in QLD or you can hop the border to Glen Innes. I believe there is more gold in the southern states than QLD but must admit I’m not sure about QLD gold. Maybe Gympie?
