Just caught this.. i live in the Cotswolds and regularly put out food but we have hundreds of Starlings that bully and harass all the desirable smaller birds that we like to see. The Starlings fight and scream at eachother so much that having the windows open can be awful .. any thoughts on how to deter them and encourage the lovely species ?

I wish you could get councils to clean up our park lakes. This year someone poured oil on swans and all six baby’s died this was because of man made none flying white farm geese daddy swan was pecking at them. It’s so stressful but council will not remove them and people think they are more important than our native wildlife this is not good for children and cruel for geese 😱help 🙏🦢🙏
