I believe that I am going through a spiritual awakening. Some days I am loving and embracing it, some days I feel overwhelmed by it and how awoke my mind is due to its thought processing. Anyway, I would love a video on that if you have or haven’t experienced that just to feel relatable. Also, my intuition keeps telling me to move away from the environment I’m in now. I’m ready for it mentally, but then I think about all the external factors and almost get “scared” because of the unknown. Do you have any tips for that? THANK YOU! 💗

Real. Doing right by myself, taking accountability, journaling, working toward achieving my goals, having hobbies, doing meaningful things, having fun, and sticking to routines has changed my life. My mental health is sm better and I love myself dearly. I’m so amazing and lovable in my eyes now

Elicia! Girl. I wrote down an action plan, journal prompts, and got really clear on where I'm at, where I'm going, and my responsibility to make it happen. All while watching your video. It feels so much better to be in an imperfect situation and be okay with it than to be in a perfect situation and being so attached to it that you're scared of losing what you have I love your hair btw it's so beautiful

This is why I watch your videos; you don't skim.the surface. But calling out the key to loving your life is experiencing the discomfort of "trying/doing" to reach what you want. Gosh that's so good but a hard truth to face. As always you hit the nail.

Seasonal depression has hit me so much harder this year than it ever has and 8 minutes into this video I'm already feeling a major sense of hope for the future. Your energy is so bright are you from another planet?❤

Work on all areas of life, so when one sucks, its OK Start looking at your life to see what areas needs work, don't avoid. Accept that life is not going to be perfect, also forgive yourself Make an occasional plan on how to achieve what you want. Stop doing things that you hate, like you stopped going out with friends who really bullied you. I dont abandon myself for others. But make and get excited about your plans for dinner etc Self love is not something you accomplish because there is no finish line. It's a lifelong commitment.

Curly hair tip I just learned, deep conditioner before regular conditioner because regular leaves a type of cast that the deep conditioner won’t penetrate😇Hope this helps ❤️ love this content btw 🌻✨
