@@mama-wh3dv Nope, I've seen a lot of North Indian (for instance Punjabi) people with really thick and gorgeous hair. I, as a Bengali, also have brown, thick, long and straight hair (thicker and way longer than the girl on the video). And most Bengali women have beautiful hair. So, thick hair is not exclusive to any specific group, whether it's Indian, South Indian, or any other particular group. Anyone who takes good care of their hair or is naturally fortunate with good hair genes can have beautiful hair.

I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi fruit, 8 hours of adequate sleep everyday, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise a minimum of 30 mins everyday. Using natural shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, scalp massager by Littleextra Cooconion twice a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

We dont blow our hairs all the time or keep it freezy ...most of us let it be oily and braid it or nowadays keep it short. We use Mehendi(package obviously because getting leaves is difficult) and reetha, shikekai and loads of coconut oil.

Detangle hair when you have conditioner on in the shower then rinse out. Add a leave in cream like she does in the video on sopping wet hair, use a gel on your hair lengths, then use a diffuser attachment to dry your hair. The gel forms a cast over your hair. Only when your hair is 100% dry you can scrunch the cast away and you can have shiny non-frizzy curls. Voila.

Misleading title…nothing you put on your hair will make it grow longer…that is all due to nutrition, health, and heredity. Now some scalp treatments may work…like castor oil. The spray will temporarily make your hair shiny, that’s all. If you want beautiful hair #1 pick your parents wisely.

Not misleading. It does not facilitate actual growth, but It enables your hair to grow longer, because it is strong enough to not break so easily. It keeps the ends healthy, thus supporting a long length.

@@StillNotMarble whether or not your hair breaks off has no bearing on the rate of growth at the root. Health and genetics determine that, not anything you put on dead hair.

  • @StillNotMarble

@@Katrn30 you are still missing the point. If the bottom of your hair is always breaking off, it will never accumulate length. Every time it starts to get longer, the end dries out again and breaks again. Think of it like getting a micro haircut all the time. The structure of your hair strand will weaken over years. If you take care of your hair strands with product, even though they are not living, they will retain more strength and break less. Or, they wont split, which is damage that can ride up the strand and create a very fragile strand of hair. No one is saying that topical solutions accelerate actual growth. But moisturizers enable the hair to not break, thus allowing them to hold their length over increasing weight as the hair grows.

@@StillNotMarble I will agree with what you say here, but products and influencers actually do make false claims about hair growing faster. There are product such as Olaplex and a few others that can repair bonds in damaged hair. Other products just give a temporary feeling of softness, but nothing else. But you must realize that taking care of your hair by preventing breakage does NOT make your hair grow faster…that’s an old wives tale..that cutting split ends makes your hair grow faster…it doesn’t. Period.
