What if you have the digital edition

When I try to reset it just shuts itself off again, shot that screen for just a split second before powering off.

You could also do this from the system settings without turning the system off, and also without all those awkward hand positions .

The issue is that it won’t load past the sign in menu

@@evancela492 I actually figured that out… you hold both the power button and the disc tray button when starting the Xbox and the screen should pop up before allowing the boot up

Can anyone help? So when I load my Xbox up it takes about 3 minutes for the Xbox green screen to even show. Then it wolnt change, so I try to do factory reset but when I hold the buttons down i don’t hear any beeping or noise at all nore does it show the menu up. What do I do?

I recommend the USB (Offline) Factory reset. It seems to be the best way. Only way that worked for me lately.

Whenever I hold the buttons there’s only a sound of an empty disc tray … it doesn’t work when I hold both buttons HELP !!!!

You need to hold down the two small buttons and after it stops sounding hold down the power button as well (three buttons) you will hear like three beeps, keep holding til the troubleshoot menu comes up.
