How To Escape The Head & Arm Choke | Submission Grappling Escapes
Спорт
Don't get caught in head and arm chokes...or any submission, for that matter. But, since it is inevitable that you will get caught, it is important to have late escapes, as well as early ones. This video details the sequence of escapes and the procedure for applying them effectively to counter the head and arm choke.
Always be as safe as possible in training and competition. I hope these details help. Thanks as always for watching!

I have watched many videos from U, probably all, and I have learned loads and loads of things. I just wanted to say THNKX, It really means a lot that a guy like me who has never taken a class or fought in an organization can learn all these things because of a person such as yourself. Hope U realize how much help U truly provide to us who do not compete. I'm not a comment type of person so I am being very sincere when I say THANK YOU for your work

I appreciate that more than I can say. Truly means the world to hear that. Thank you.
I normally get submitted by this position but thanks to you I might now find a way out of it. Thanks.

That means so much to me to hear that. Thank you.
Wow thank you, I’ve been getting caught in this submission a lot recently
Dude that I partner up quite a lot with always does that to me, and at some point I started getting annoyed cause I always end up in that shitty position when rolling with him. Today it happens that we go to no gi together, so hopefully I can pull some of this stuff out. Thanks!
Appreciate this channel! I think “answering the phone” would’ve been a quick one to cover as well. Not the greatest by any means, but the most simplistic for surviving(at least for five more seconds lol).
I will try that rocking escape. I have used the elbow one for a while and seems to work well with a reversal. But the rocking one looks interesting.
This is one of the positions that whenever you ask how to escape everyone laughs at you, says.. Just don't get yourself in that position. I had to learn it on my own. I use a different version. Rock on 🤘
Time to time again always making amazing videos! Thank you for your knowledge, time, and passion!
Thats crazy, really nice options. I shall keep these in mind next time the lights start to turn black 😁
Really great video here Eli! Love the methodical, understandable explanations here!
Got caught the other day in an arm triangle, was wondering what my escape options were. My bjj has progressed hugely in a matter of months since discovering this channel👍🏻

Trank you
How does the KZread algorithm know an old out shape guy tapped me with this last night???
-C-clamp - Use c-clamp hand to hold behind leg and Rock up - Roll back into kesetaktami - bring traped triceps behind opponents head backstrocke
👍👍👍
The best way is to try & sneak your knee in as they come to the side to regain half guard. You can still get thrown to the side tho. When they do that you can do a reverse roll. If I remember I'll be make a video for you when my rib heals in a few weeks

Hmmm? I like… I like.🧐🤙🏿

Rip to the wall
First escape didn't work if they shuck their weight forward as they come to the side
what about kesakattamie?
What's the counter to the counter? 👀

I'm 40. I'm out of shape. I smoke. I eat fatty foods. My endurance is garbage. I still snatch the souls out of men half my age because of techniques like this.
