Finn and I both need to improve our fitness and suppleness. Finn particularly needs to work on his relaxation when in environments away from home. We attend trainers yards for lessons (sadly no footage) and also try and get out to clinics. I like attending pole work clinics because Finn finds them fun, and its a way of getting him out without drilling him. I want him to be happy in his work and not think negatively towards the trailer. Since these clips were taken we've had a grid work lesson at home, attended another pole work lesson in the indoor, been to 3 dressage competitions, two hacks at the forest in the trailer and another trainers yard for a flat lesson where we worked part indoors and part outdoor. He is fab to travel and becoming quieter once at venues. He is still a little monster to stand on the trailer and wait. Looking forward to our new cheval liberte herringbone trailer arriving in September, at least we wont have to worry about those expressive knees getting over any bars.
