We are now on our 2nd official BD outing, I rode the same test as last time as I really want to try and get to the regionals. we entered the silver category as that is necessary. On the day i knew being indoor wouldn't give us our big scores but when I saluted I was sure we would be in a high 60 mark. I was somewhat disappointed with the 66.38% we received where the comments were 'tense'. This is easily the most rideable Finnick has ever been inside and the more expressive trot was maintained. We are training hard and I couldn't be more pleased with his progress. You win some and you lose some but I still think he's amazing. our next outing will need to be an a qualifying class so the next few weeks are preparing for that.
Finnick is fed on Simple systems horse feed , and Protexin gut balancer. He is also given Premier Performance CZ calming cookies and gut ease cookies before events.
