@@hoangtien97 Even in smaller towns people are experiencing the same thing. Isolation. Personally I think the pandemic did a number on our society and with modern technology it’s not getting any better. We have to get back to the basics. Hang in there and leave the city as soon as you can.👍💞

@@CMoore8539 Thank you so much for your words. In my situation, it's not only from the pandemic but from the past painful experiences. I agree with you the that modern technology doesn't make people happier, quite the opposite, in fact. Now the problem is that what I think doesn't resonate with my family, they will think that I'm crazy, (not just them I believe, societal judgment), and also the financial problem.. that makes me procrastinate on my decision.

You've got it figured out man. Very inspirational 🙏 When people are jealous of your success in life they will try to bring you down. Material things don't bring happiness. Knowing yourself, having food, having quality time with your loved ones, having a place to sleep, and having time to enjoy each moment with grace and gratitude is true wealth. ✌️✨ Never let anyone tell you otherwise. Thank you for sharing this wisdom with us all. 👍

People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things that means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society. If your happyness depend on extern factors you will never be because extern factors are endless. Happyness starts inside you. The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, double standards, violent, sneakyness, own benefits, hate, comparing, judge etc..... reflection of their broken souls. Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time. No, dont feel better or superior then others but more be carefully and awake. Be the light in your own life.

We need to get away from this toxic 9 to 5, mindless consumerism based society with soulless suburban enclaves where nobody knows one another, and get back to basics. Growing food, sharing our skills, possessions and harvests with neighbours and enjoying the simple pleasures in life.

As a child, I lived in a refugee camp in the border towns of Thailand before transitioning out to a different country (America/Europe). I can't forget how strict the Thai polices were toward us. Walking to a market one morning, the Thai's national anthem came on. Everyone stopped in their tracks, no noises. Failure to do these things will be met with severe punishment from Thai polices. Kids playing with coins by throwing into a hole 🕳 will get kicked by Thai soldiers' military boots. Severe suppression by the authorities!!

There are two types of stress, good stress and bad stress, got to learn to differentiate between them. Life is full of possibilities, we could take time to find our passion to do something we love but there will be some aspects that we might not like, accepting that … unfortunately we are living in the capitalist world so we would need to serve someone to put food to the table, life can be easy if you have tools (money) and learn to use it well. That’s my two cents.

Farmer is career of people who are not clever. Never thought of it that way. In Asia the life in the city for the locals is hard: alot of money you make needs to be used to pay for food and accommodation in the city, only leaving a small amount left. If you then buy a motorbike on finance to get to work in the city then the money remaining reduces even more. Many foreigners don't realize this and only see Asia as cheap because they have their western money and can spend it slowly and buy alot with it in Asia.

The whole world is trapped in this cycle. Greed of money is keeping us from breaking the chains. Let me give an example of India...countless invaders periodically looted the country but couldnt break the resilience of the people. Because the wealth of india lay in her villages. Each village was an independent unit, it didnt depend on the outside world except for essentials like salt and some medicines, etc. The village had besides the farmers...the potter, the blacksmith, the weavers and tailor, the builder and doctor, etc But when the English came and industrial revolution, they sucked the country so dry, it got reduced to a shriveled corpse of a nation. Why becoz they completely destroyed the independent village. Made the people depend on the outside world for each and every basic necessity of life. It has not even now recovered to what it was in the glorious days long past gone. The English went away years ago but the enslavement of Indian villages continues.... no matter how rich and educated they become, the slave mentality and greed of wealth hasnt gone away.
