I really like “who they present to the world is who they are becoming” and “who they present to us at home is who they’ve been” really helps me appreciate his school behavior
The ADHD struggle with Time Management: 1) underestimate the time, how long something will take, and wait/ avoid it until the last minute >> stress 2) overestimate the time, of how long something will take and get overwhelmed/ don't start at all >> stress 3) the overestimation of the own ability, of how fast we can do something >> stress Tipps: Make a "want to" out of the "have to". For example wake up children 20 minutes early, if they need their 20 minutes more to get up.
